    Thank you to everyone that purchased our maple syrup this year.  We are sorry that we are almost sold out of syrup.  We still do have listings with maple sugar and maple cream available.  Feel free to contact me with any questions.
    100% Pure Maple Syrup made in New York State in the Fingerlakes region .  This is made on premises with our own sugar maples and red maples to create our own uniquely delicious flavor of Maple Syrup. The sap flows from the trees to our sugar-house.  Maple Syrup a delicious treat can be used in your hot tea, coffee, on top of your ice cream, in recipes or just on your pancakes and waffles.
    We make our 100% Pure Maple Cream from our own Maple Syrup that we make from our own sugar bush. Maple cream is made from 100% Pure maple syrup no additives.  Maple cream is a delicious spread that can be used on just about anything.  I have used it on crackers, toast, bagels, celery, strawberries, ice cream and peanut butter sandwiches.
    Maple sugar is a darker maple sugar with a stronger taste since it was made with the Very Dark syrup.
    With your order you will receive 1 gallon of maple syrup and 1 16 oz jar of maple cream and 1 8 oz sugar shaker filled with delicious maple sugar.
    After opening Maple Syrup it should be refrigerated.
    You can also freeze your syrup to extend its shelf life for an indefinite time.
    Unopened maple syrup can last for an indefinite time when stored in your fridge.
    If stored at room temperature, an unopened container of maple syrup can also last for an indefinite time, as long it’s:

    Store
    the cream in the fridge for up to 6 months. It is normal for some syrup to separate and rise to the top over time. If this happens, just give it a good stir to reincorporate.
    Maple sugar will last for a

    as long as it is kept in a cool dry place in a sealed container.
