    Maple syrup is naturally organic with absolutely nothing added. We do not spray our trees in anyway or use any chemicals in the process. Maple syrup is a great sweetener for anybody who is following the Paleo lifestyle.
    We are organic but are not certified organic.  It's just not cost effective for us to go through the process being a small maple farm.
