    And Puppy Dog Tails, the 1969 Michael Devereaux stage play production (of David Gaard's play; "an old fashioned love story") starring George Reeder, Edward Dunn, Ken Kiban, and Horton Willis
    Set just before the Stonewall riots in New York. Budd a 22 year old is visiting New York and looks up his high school best friend, John. John is now living with his male lover and Bud has to confront his own sexual ambivalence.
    The play previewed in September, only months after the Stonewall riots, and ran successfully through January 1970 in New York, and through that summer in San Francisco. The following year, Bill Murray played a part in a Chicago production.
