This Carlisle 034206 Poly Tuf 2.7 qt. beige crock comes with a translucent lid and is suitable for serving and storing bulk food and other items in food service applications. The crock and lid are made of polypropylene for resistance to breakage and fatigue, chemicals, and heat. The lid snaps on to the lip of the crock to help prevent leaks and retain freshness. The crock and lid are suitable for temperatures from 32 to 180 degrees F, dishwasher-safe, free of BPA (Bisphenol A) to address food safety concerns raised by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other organizations, and meet NSF International standards for use in food handling and processing.
