    Everything that is included in this listing is encompassed by the first photo (1 complete set). The other photos simply show more details of the same set.
    I have never used these pieces myself. Note that I will ship this box (including its contents) inside protective cardboard cladding taped around the outside. Basically, I will construct a "box" that is the right size to hold this box.
    Generally speaking, I am willing to combine shipping, but I would never endanger something breakable by packing it into the same shipping box as this heavy item. Furthermore, the "box" that I would construct to ship this would not have any extra space for anything else, and something larger would likely incur a USPS surcharge for "dimensional weight". Bottom line: I'll try to accommodate requests for combined shipping, but in this case I cannot make any promises.
