This pretty dress is made from blue gingham seersucker fabric.
Around the neckline is ruffled lace with a bow in the center,  trim is down the center of the bodice with gathered sleeves trimmed with lace.
The  gathered  skirt has ruffled lace around the hem, with an attached slip trimmed with lace. A bow is attached to the waist.  Closes with buttons and ties with a matching sash.
The last picture is with my little sister in our similar dresses.. (sold separately)
