Well I was hoping that this product would not upset my stomach but it looks like I'm just sensitive to sugar starches. This product was not nearly as sweet as xylitol. From my taste perspective it took twice as much of erythritol as sugar. 2 tsps sugar = 4 tsps erythritol. But still have diarrhea problems.
