Vintage 10” African American Jointed Composition Doll Patsy? Or Friend

This adorable little doll is about 10 inches tall. I cannot find maker markings. She looks like a Patsy or a clone. She has jointed arms and legs. She’s missing paint on her hair and eyes as you can see in the photos. The little TLC she would be a wonderful doll. Please look at the photos carefully as they are part of the description.
