RARE American Character 24” Toodles Baby Doll with beautiful follow me eyes. She’s been completely restored. Everything you see is original. She’s a very different baby as she doesn’t have a normal bottle mouth. She also has very soft pliable limbs unlike most babies of this size who have the harder plastic limbs. She also doe not have a topknot as most this size do. I’m assuming because she wears a hat matching her outfit.
