Item: ornate grape snippers for use at a buffet or catering service, either by the diners or the servers.  More attractive than garden pruners.  This gives an easier and less
hand-touring
of the grapes when smaller portions are desired than a whole bunch. Hallmark "CROM" seen.  Metal content not sterling, has no such marks.
Size: 5-1/4" long and weigh 1.8 oz
Condition: no damage, still working, perhaps minor patina from prior use in the blades (can be cleaned).
Will be carefully packed, tracked and insured.
